· I understand that eBay is an online auction and that auctioned items go to the highest bidder. Unless there is a reserve put on individual items, Serial Sellers cannot guarantee the minimum price.
Please note that reserve set is not the amount that you are guaranteed to receive, but is subject to our commission fee.

· If you decide to set a reserve different than the realistic value as suggested by us - £10 will be charged for every item affected.

· Serial Sellers will pay the owner once the payment has been cleared – up to two weeks after the ending of the auction.

· Serial Sellers takes 30% commission off the hammer price.

· In case an item doesn’t sell, or the buyer fails to pay, seller would need to collect the item within two weeks of the notification.
There is no charge for unsold items, except for an optional reserve that is non-refundable.

· By signing this document you confirm that you are the legal owner of the above items and that SerialSellers are acting only as agents on your behalf.
