For each consignment we will advise on the best sales strategy based on market analysis and customer requirements. We sell on a number of different marketplaces including eBay UK, eBay international sites, Amazon and Google Base. Items can be sold under the SerialSellers brand, or if required, via your own branded eBay store.

At SerialSellers we have a team of expert listers who ensure that each item is described in detail, encouraging bidding and reducing returns. Each item is listed individually with up to 70 professional quality photos.

Customer Service

SerialSellers has a dedicated team of customer service representatives to deal with the inevitable questions from buyers. We answer all queries within 24 hours and are reachable by email, phone and Skype. We also deal with all returns.

Sales Processing

SerialSellers accepts a broad range of payment types including PayPal, bank transfers, cheques, postal orders and credit cards. Every items is paid for before dispatch

Fulfilment

Once payment has been received, items are securely packed and delivery arranged using our net work of couriers. In addition, due to the high volumes which we sell, we get excellent rates from couriers such as DHL and Citylink.

Reporting and Payment

We provide frequent reports to our clients and remit funds on a regular basis. If required reports can be created at the items level and include information on platform and payment fees. We work on a commission only basis, with no upfront payments required.
